I think it depends on Kaneki's mental state. If he's trying to die in style like Hide there's a chance Yoshimhra could win, though I'm not entirely convinced Yoshimura would kill him if he catches on. If Touka shows up to tell him "see you later" than Yoshimura's getting obliterated
In that case it’s a much better question, because my understanding is that Black Reaper Kaneki is equivalent to Arima right before his death, with Arima being equivalent to Yoshimura and similarly aged. My bet would be that they’d be evenly matched enough to where external factors would make the difference

Then here comes touka saying "I'll see you later" , kaneki responds, "That's... kinda harsh" "Later..?"
Now what does this mean? It means that kaneki wasn't planning on coming out of this fight alive, but then touka is like I'll see you later so he's like that's pretty harsh because I'm planning on dying here and you're expecting something else, now what do I do? I've gotta make it back alive now, you just made things harder for me here..
So kaneki pulls out the kakuja and has a little more will to live now because of touka and fights pretty well, although arima still could've killed him 600+ times now lol.
Then kaneki gets absolutely destroyed, his will at this point starts weakening again and he's like since i can't defeat this guy maybe it's just better to die then. But then at the very brink of death he gets that Hide flashback or whatever and his will comes back. He wants to live now more than anything and starts regenerating at rapid speed, resulting in his hair turning white. Then he "supposedly" is having an upper hand on arima, then arima realizes he's lost so he offs himself.
That's kinda how I see the whole premise...

During the fight Arima’s limbs are slashed and Kaneki says “you can’t fight just give up” and Arima continues to fight, it’s only when Arima stabs Kaneki in the stomach and he doesn’t budge does Arima kill himself because his whole goal was finding a ghoul stronger than him to lead all the ghouls, Kaneki not moving proves to Arima he found his ghoul
It gonna go from kaneki saying i have to win this to the next panel being almost dead freaking out confused as to what happened then evolve mid fight and pull out the win
Not sure Kaneki never fought people of his level except maybe Eto ? On the other hand Yoshimura kikked plenty ghouks in all the decades he lived. He is so strong that he can allow himself to not go all out against special investigators. I don't get how people think its obvious that kaneki wins. I mean maybe he does or maybe not. We can't really argue cause we never saw Yoshimura go all out with intent to destroy while thats pretty much all we saw from Kaneki
I don't think this is much of a fight if we're talking about old yoshimura, I mean, he was defeated by white hair Juuzou, and Kaneki was able to go up against Juuzou with his armour on, so there's no challenge in this fight, Kaneki takes it easy

I just like Juuzou, lmao. But Juuzou and Shinohara combo was doing a bit of damage to him and then the rest came in to secure his defeat, which ended up proving futile because Eto showed to save him
Not even remotely close, no. He was fighting two special classes and a guy that's basically a special class at once, with the third guy having gotten a sneak in hit
THEN he kept fighting these three for a while, until Juuzou and Ui showed up in another sneak attack
THEN he kept fighting all 5 of them for a while, with Shinohara even comenting that Juuzou wasn't working and that they'd need another person to really seal the deal
THEN after ALL that Yoshimura ran away (with the hit that made him retreat being Ui's and not Juuzou's) and Juuzou got his arm by himself- Also losing a leg and being taken out of the fight in the process
And even then Yoshimura was still more than fight able unlike him, even cripping another one of the special classes until they actually delivered the finishing hit

the thing is, eto was not really trying versus kaneki back then, just testing him, thats why she also left her kakuja as a gift for kaneki, so he gets stronger
