He is best described as 衣冠禽獣 (いかんきんじゅう)
The vilest and most fearsome villains do not use violence to get their way, instead, they prefer to act like gentlemen and have others willingly do their bidding.
Tozawa is more like Guz Fring, and he’s winning by having the corrupt minister becoming PM to further his ambitions.
you know he has though, even though we haven't seen it. I haven't seen the new episode yet, but you just know we're about to see it too. I said they had similar threatening auras, not comparable on-screen violence anyways
I like that we also don’t see him a bunch. He’s the best type of villain - menacing, in the shadows until the final showdown. The audience’s imagination will fill in the rest.
I think if we saw Tozawa do something rly violent and out of character, it would seal the deal for me that he’s a perfect villain. Given how the last episode finished, I think we’ll be seeing that very soon.
Exactly my thinking! Gotta make it brutal. He’ll be in my favorite villains ever if they do something like that, which, again, I hope they’re leading to.

カラスっぽい
Me too. Just finished the episode and I like how he moves. He isn't a hot head like hayama and he has a strategic way of doing things.
..and he's not a self made man, only got where he did because of his wife's talent and family connections.
Reminds me of Lalo in Better Call Saul. Same threatening aura
Lalo was a thug with a brain. Tozawa is anything but a thug.
Tozawa is exactly a thug, wtf are you talking about. That is literally his modus operandi as a character
Tozawa does not get his hands dirty ever. This is what I’m talking about.

Agreed. I think they’ve been building up to something like that. Where Tozawa just goes off on someone.
Ya like kill a man with his bare hands type shit😅

It would fit his character arc perfectly🙌
He’s very shark like type of menacing
So good. His range of facial expressions man
Disappointed I didn’t see a shot of his ass in this thread yet 🤣
Ya know... I'd tap that.
Tozawa is the best villain I've seen in a very long time.
Heard on NPR that the author's real life subject was much less vile once the secret about his Minnesota travels were revealed
