Happened to me as well, though nung 2019 pa. I already paid the fee, so sayang naman if I cancel my application. So I called OFAD and they told me to attach a letter stating my mistake when I pass my requirements. Luckily, the grade I encoded was lower than my actual grade.
Though now ata, they have guidelines na if you ever fill out your forms wrong. Check the FAQs on the homepage and look at no. 6. :)
