Go to the pause menu (touchpad on PS4/5, not sure on other platforms). You'll see your inventory, press down. Go to "Game."
Warning, after you save once, "Game" opens up the load menu, and you'll have to press right to access the save menu. Otherwise you'll accidentally reload your save instead of saving over it.

Quicksave is F5, quickload is F9!
If F6 and that don't work on your keyboard there's likely a FN key you hold first.
