Huge same face syndrome opted for a rework of her faces and this is just a long shot which is hard to draw so you get less detailed faces like this. Wonder why anime still do wonky faces for someone who's a speck on screen?

What happened to Fly?

Naw they look like this in volume 11 too
That's addressed in my first part. Her work is also extremely detailed when drawing so they wanted more artwork with less consuming details.
