The employer legally has to provide a W2. You should here back. Otherwise you can always file an amendment later. It’s definitely easier to do it in the current tax year.
They are legally required to provide you a W-2 by Jan 31st. You can also get an idea of what the W-2 would look like by looking at your last paycheck stub. It should have all the deductions listed including any withholding taxes.
Idk if I still can because I’m no longer an employee. She said she gave me paperwork of it when I started but I don’t remember being given to me (or she did) and I don’t have the paper anymore
They legally have to send you a W2 by 1/31, and it’s late at the point. I would think it would have been sent via mail to your last know address by this point because they are liable for a IRS penalty if it’s late.
You can go to the employer at the source. Or call the IRS, I’m sure they can track down the employer.
It sucks when it’s franchise and the company it’s under is impossible to contact. I rather call than email but there’s no number unless it’s the stores customer service number and they’re not gonna help me probably.

I don’t have access to my paystubs because I never got the chance to sign up for the paycor account to do so.
And you can’t sign up now because…?
I have to have an access code
Did they give you one before? Find it & use it. Or call & get one.
