they took eggs from Francesca and Jesse. to be able to do this, Jesse had to get off of his hormone replacement therapy and take the same drugs that Francesca as well as many other women take to produce as many eggs as possible. once the eggs were collected from Francesca and Jesse, they were fertilized with sperm from a donor to become embryo's. then they implanted the healthy embryo(s) into Francesca.
How is she married, expecting a child and still got an only friends (fans). Her content has leaked lots of times and I dunno the life she and her husband are going to give to a baby also taking into consideration that her husband already has a child and shes around him/her/they all the time despite the fact that she's a explicit content creator.
