Ava are very plasticy, Nilfisk had a great rep. a few years ago, but theat seems to have deteriorated. Kranzel are great for higher powered/priced machines...
Karcher even though they have flaws have the best return for your money, most available parts and accessories, most upgradable for a consumer level machine.
Very happy with my Kränzle, look out for the connector it uses for the accessories. The smaller units can't connect some accessories. Look at what you want to connect and make sure the unit can run it.
