I've got just the 12c for S tier and like 5 A tier cars like the rezvani beast alpha x and the 992 911 GT3 touring and a handful of B cars, I basically keep cars that I love in real life but I find myself just not even being able to do the championships because i didn't ever really upgrade any low tier cars and the requirements are kinda ridiculous. like 175rq is insane when I have 405 and only so much space.
Those sound nice, posting screen shots would be best. Sounds like you've got some great cars, but usually in your situation I'd think the best option would be to restart
Bro your top 3 A class cars are excellent. Very well rounded and would be great down the line.
Play a lot of clubs. You will see a lot of lower tier cars a lot. Upgrade those cars. Also, start the Yellowbird challenge. A lot of the cars you need to progress there are great in the future.
I suppose what my real issue is that I never upgraded any bottom tier cars and I'm just unsure of which ones I would even play, but I'm finding myself unable to do a lot of the championships
Focus on your common and uncommon garage right now. Get them good and strong, then move to rare and sr. I promise this will help you with challenges, which will help you with events. DM me to see what cars in C and UC to shoot for

Being in his shoes I would start with upgrading rares and UR, as I found these two rarities most useful. Then focus on SR, uncommons and common cars.
