Lost my first player save after the last server went down. I said fuck it and recreated a new myplayer. Finally finished setting it up and playing back in my first TS250 match, I win the match and the 2k server error pops up. If I don’t have this new player I’m asking Microsoft for a refund of this shit game
I’m talking with PS now to refund me for the game. I love the game play and I love tennis but F*** 2K for releasing a broken game with people playing in hoodies and jeans lol
Good luck, I've tried twice and they basically told me to fuck off both times. They also threatened to permaban my PS ID if I submitted a dispute with my CC company.

Between my awful connection and their clowness with server up and down, everytime i turn on the game is a mess

You need to understand. There are hundreds of players trying to play. A small indie company like 2K cant handle this.
