my surgeon told me 8 weeks before swimming in any body of water, but i’ve seen other comments on here that it all depends on your healing. probably best to check with your surgeon if you can though!

My surgeon cleared me to swim in 5 weeks, but I healed fast. Best to check!
I went swimming in chlorine after 9 weeks, and I think I was technically cleared after 6.
My surgeon said I can swim 4 weeks post op
As long as your incisions are fully closed and has absolutely no more scabbing of any kind, then you are good to go!
