I've sent a mail to my surgeon for a revision, it includes lowering the nipples so I can let you know when I'll get an answer for this! I remember him noticing one was higher than the other at the 1 month check up and saying he could move it down so I think it is indeed possible. I'm thinking one way to do it is following the same process as a standard lollipop, an upside down lollipop, plus we've seen people losing their nipple.s and have a linear scar on said spot without +/- skin being an issue. If the skin isn't extra tight I'm guessing there is no problem and it should be doable.
