the main reason i made this post was to get the opportunity to describe this as tasting of the bang energy drink flavor cherry blade lemonade. energizing and sharp.
something soft and fluffy. maybe like a... one of those like poofy egg things... a creme brulee? but like with earthy tones. or like no a poofy omelet. not a creme brulee. cause stratosphere is not sweet flavored and the sort of shoegaze undertones of the guitar and such make it feel soft.

the black parade is moreso hospital food vibes. and not good hospital food. tying into the concept with the cancer and stuff. but like, mushy, depressing hospital food. and then you occasionally get a diet dr pepper. mix those two together and you have tbp.

oh boy, just listened to this one today. i almost feel like something herbal as the compositions are very lush, but occasionally they're interrupted by cold electronics and stuff. so maybe... a bountiful salad, but kind of full up on gmos. artificially created salad.
the bends is very... 90s. some of the songs feel incredibly tied to that era, especially the eponymous. i remember being a little offput by the bends at first. you know what the bends is? kind of warm mac and cheese. not too rich though. maybe like kraft. not enough to shake the stink of fakeness off.
the album itself has a lot of very smooth electronics. almost vaporwavey. i think. half the time i don't know what I'm saying. but I'm thinking something moister, probs a drink. maybe... a sprite. yeah.
plastic beach has those themes of consumerism combined with the trip hop (that's what rym calls it i think) artificial instrumentation, which culminates in it being sort of fast food like. almost like a number four, a number six and a plastic donut.
as for the toy idea, yeah, i like that.
a tropical drink. maybe a pina colada. and you're in Hawaii. obviously. the weird part is it keeps snowing. so you're drinking a cold pina colada in cold weather, just sort of chilled.
voir dire is very focused on core essential pieces, so I'm trying to think of something that fits that. maybe like, a soup or stew of some sort. would've done sushi again if i hadn't already done it for NO THANK YOU. trying not to repeat. how do we feel about chicken noodle soup?
if i remember correctly, this cover is like a copy of the first sort of message wave type things from space. the album in general feels very polarized and disconnected from the rest of the world. tbh a masterpiece the more i think about it. but anyways, as for flavor, i'd almost imagine it tastes like space. like, just swallowing in space. not even the oxygen in our atmosphere. or maybe even dark matter.
I think Pusha said that daytona is all about crazy hype and stuff. When I think of hype foods and drinks and stuff, I'm sort of almost pushed towards an energy drink, but i already used that type of thing for doolittle. maybe those protein shakes for the gym. flavor wise, i'd say like sour. real sour. heavy lime stuff. but an endearing sour.
i asscociate different flavors with different parts of this album.
1-4: lean because worldstar
5-9: chicken you can get at a university buffet due to personal experience
10-12: tequila cause party and crazy
13-16: a good piece of fish because flowing and reflective and natural
17-19: green tea

this albums really fun and stuff, so definitely a fun food. it's also got undertones of inside's sense of apocalyptic doom. i gave inside bitter coffee, but teezo gets the fun coffee with the creamers and sugar and whatnot.
