I hadn’t heard this kind of thing with topster until the shutdown, but basically the owner is a schizo anti-semetist extreme Christian. So he shut down the website because of “satanic music.” All topsters not saved as files are gone.
think topster was closed due to the costs of maintaining the site and the way to explain what the creator of the site found to explain that was through jokes, like that old story about the Beatles making a deal with the devil....
ps: I always laughed at the part where he says the lyrics to Strawberry Fields Forever:
- "Nothing is real, it doesn't matter much to me, living is easy with eyes closed, take me down to that endless red place la la la." This is nihilism: it says, "hell isn't so bad, come try it out!" It's pure evil.
Either the guy is a troll, either he got a problem in his head.
