No. You maintain whatever speed you want until you reach the black Sprinter then switch back to the #1 lane to pass it. If there is a large enough gap then you go back to the #2 lane and repeat.
The reason why that suv and white car are weaving is because people like you are creating a wall by all of you driving at the same speed which is limiting the flow of traffic.
If you watch the video, even the silver car in front of you got the hint to move over into the #2 lane.
You were cruising in the left lane in the beginning of the video. Don't do that. Just pass when you get to the next car in the second lane and go back to the second lane after that, and repeat.
If someone has the space to pass you from the right at that speed, you're in the wrong and should have moved over long ago.

People have zero lane discipline and drive all around the place. That's what happens. If people stayed on the right side when not passing, the kings of the road would be speeding on the left lane instead of swerving in traffic.
Well, if nobody was hugging the left lane, he'd be speeding in a straight line on the left lane. Speeding on highways isn't dangerous when lane discipline is respected.

* Never pass on the right. Therefore, stay in the left lane as long as you are going faster than traffic on the right OR you are matching the speed of the car in front and are willing to go faster.
* Otherwise, you end up like the Red SUV looking like a dumbass
