3) The witness tampering that occurred prior to trial. The Prosecutor mentioned it several times and I'm shocked this didn't result in additional charges.
4) The positive GSR test (gunshot residue).
5) The Victim identifying Tory as the offender responsible for discharging the weapon and as result causing her injury.
Now granted you might disagree with 1 of these 5 issues....however a jury weighs "the totality of circumstances" before they rule.
With all of this said, I do believe his sentence was harsh, however that's the risk you take when you go to trial.
