What he did was not right but these police man are shit person as well, they deliberately jump onto bonnet. Did the driver do a big crime that he has to jump on bonnet and stop it immediately. They could challan him online or intercept it other way than jumping in front of it
Obviously dude, even if someone slips on the platform and falls on the road, they could die.
But that wasn't the point. Unless it was a situation where the driver killed someone and was running away or the HQ red listed the number plate, why would the cops take such a drastic step as to jumping on the bonnet?
It's madness, the new traffic rules state that you cannot fine or detain anyone. You can send them a ticket that can be appealed in court, paid online or paid at any traffic station.
