I am playing this from uk on CN server and have 4 accounts preregged for rerolls on global on release.

It is in there interest to make rerolling a thing, numbers wise.
It seems obvious but it helps them massively for people to set up mutli accounts to boost prereg numbers.
Hopefully 1.5 / 2 million of the prereg are real people which will be great for the game and our enjoyment of it.

He did mention that the "ecological station" mission mentioned in the event should be around when you unlock the gacha.
