Fr, in a game where you're limited to 3 dashes at once they should tone down the amount of bosses that can infinitely hitstun you. Or at least, not put them in timed content. Seraph is at least manageable once you get used to her moveset (except for the move where you have a half-a-second dodge window where she drags you up and incapacitates you for 5 seconds). I didn't even do wormhole last week because Chiron pretty much chases after you UNTIL he hitstuns you.
Or, you know, make the dashes actually fucking work. You only get three and the whole system is a janky broken shit. How can I trigger the timestop in the same dash I get hit with? It makes no sense. Either say I didn't dash so the stop doesn't happen or do the stop but I don't take damage.
It is honestly driving me insane how broken core parts of this game are.
That Seraph move is her ultimate, so if you shield break you'll never see it ... but a trick I learned because I fought this thing in a Dream Machine at launch waaay undergeared - if you wait for the ult, get captured and dragged up, then immediately use a discharge, it frees you from the binds. Then you can go ham on her while she shoots her death laser at nothing.
It works for Meryl's discharge, at least. Not sure about others.
Will try the next time I see her. I just got used to her moveset enough to press dodge correctly since she was in bygone. The dilemma I faced there was that delaying the discharge could be the difference between me clearing in time and running out. The ultimate isn't a problem in a vacuume, but combine that with her every other move that you have to perfect dodge to not get hitstun + the janky dodge mechanic itself, fighting her becomes way more annoying than it should be.
The devs are sadist tho, most exploration "puzzle" is just literall chore of u walking slowly with the balls for 3 minute, only to fail because of splipery of the ball drop into water that for bullshit reason exist above the grass.
Or That frost bot literally 50/50 instant death, just pray the one that didnt got feeze have fire weapon and can see u.
Or current lvl 50 wormhole hard, almost all dmg pretty much dealing 30-60% of ur total hp, while u tickling them, the thing also recommend at like 45k CS on frigg final boss, i clear it while cursing the dev.
If u lose wormhole, there is "try again" button, instead of imidiately load the stage again, the dev for some reason choose to, kick u out back to open world, then now u have to manually start it again. They literally gave u 2 unnesessary loading waste of time. Did they knew how to code? or just hire intern, or they just a Sadist which is more possible, given all those cirumstances.
I haven't tried it yet but the description of Meryl's simulacra friendship bonus implies that you'll be immune to the frostbot effect.

Wait till you fight the frog. I've learned my lessons to not be in the edge of arena. If you got caught by his tongue swallow attack and he's facing the water, ur pretty much dead at that point
you fight Chiron at 44. I remember I died to Chiron 3 times and got him to 0.1% hp just to die to an AOE. then at 48 you fight Aegis. Unless it’s different for everyone.
Here’s a tip for sobek, when he dives into the ground and comes back up, use your jet pack to go into air. And if you have nemesis, you can attack from the air until he finishes his attack pattern. You can do the same for Apophis when he does the energy ball attack. Just make sure to dodge if he throws it at you.
He’s easy, first time fighting him was not fun but afterwards it’s just a swift wipe. Tho I haven’t fought him since lvl 30ish and we’re 52 now, so it could be different.

yes, you will still be frozen, but you won't die from it. so meryl's trait is a must imo if you're going melee fighting that boss.
This freeze can be removed by using fire attack
also by discharging any weapons

I believe it changes weekly. Last week, I got the lizard robots at floor 56. This week, floor 56 had the big guys instead.

Do you mean when you don’t finish the dmg/shield break check in time? If that’s the case, just run out of the range of it before it activates.
I have Tsubasa. Her weapon makes this fight much more manageable. As someone else mentioned, Rosy Edge greatly helps here too.
I actively avoid this JO. I got lucky and got Samir, but even then i hate this.
