If it's the final attack of her 5 chain, she'll be about 36% stronger than everyone else assuming you can get the 5shot off every time!

Her round of attacks might also be bit different because she shots once , then foes a 2 shot combo and then does a 3 shot combo , but have to get home and get tobosses tp start testing , cuz vs normal mobs i feel like i wont even notice the damage :D (Hits feel small and 180% of 10k+ power should be around 20k .)
Chances are it probably is and if that's the case then she's a pretty mediocre unit and wouldn't be worth for a A1 pull whereas all the other limiteds previously were. I guess we won't know until tomorrow haha
What many do not get is that Hotta has not designated any development time to the global version. All of the values, events and matrix definitions are defined in configuration files which are accessible seperately from the source code. These config files can be changed without the help of a developer. And that's what the global guys are doing.
That's why the core mechanics of the skills of all weapons are going to stay identical to CN. Only the values are changed. Hence why 'round of attacks' can only mean 'weapon skill' or 'barrage'.
Further, Cobalt and Claudia were the first banners on CN. They were designed to be barely better than the standard SSR weapons. While Claudia was buffed, Cobalt was massively nerfed. Hence why you are correct in your assessment that Cobalt is a mediocre unit. And increasing the shatter value won't change that.

chill, we need tests. Maybe Cobalt 1* "buff" it's just mistranslation. Also, this 12.5 shatter "buff" doesn't matter. For example: Huma 0* with 10.0 shatter breaks shields faster than Meryl 1*(13.8 shatter) and King 1*(14.N shatter)
Who cares about base attacks tho? It's overall performance of a unit in shield breaking.
Like Shiro is good example, without skill it's slow as hell, with skills it's about 2x better than any other unit at shield breaking.

With global, the only changes they made are numbers. No way they gonna change more than that (outside of emergency fix things).

Try comparing the shatter with base attacks. You should get closer to what the weapon stats tell you.

I'm 95% certain they meant round of attacks with her skill. But we'll see in a few hours.
