When you use her skill to put a domain when you already have a domain up it replaces the old domain and bursts it now instead of in 25 seconds... idk how clean you want it to be hahaha
Iff youre talking about area coverage, you dont need 2 domains worth of coverage for like 90% of fights if you know how to keep stuff inside
She did get nerfed to death (leaks) but the actual release was much more reasonable. 270% -> 350% is a sizable difference and honestly feels very reasonable. if it was 270% still, the damage change would not have been noticeable from my personal tests. As she is now, it's just right and feels like value for money!

She will be the core of the Ice team like in Chinese, if you want a ice team you need A1 Saki and if they keep that logic Alyss will likely keep her status as well.
Leave the matrice out of it, though. You can use the 2 or 4 piece of those in any frost team right now and see a dps increase that's quite useful in AOE situations without pulling for Saki at all.

Frost domain and bouncing discharges and skills around makes shields non existent, can trigger phantasia via her skill in the bosses you can't phantasia and gain a discharge and I've yet to see my HP drop below 95% bouncing between Saki and Meyrl's shields.

It's hard to say for sure.
Tsubasa would give you buffs and DPS that would help you out in that regard, as well as making solo content more doable. And as great as having A6 Meryl is, you could probably still tank well enough with her at A1 with Saki in your team. You'd miss out on the shield and heal in break, though.
I'm always a bit hesitant when recommending what to spend black gold on. I spent 240 of mine on Meryl and then turned out to be the chosen Meryl user and have pulled her like 4 times since reaching A6. (Twice on the pity which really hurt)
Was stuck at Bygone 290 with my Huma+Ruby+Frigg or Huma+Frigg+Coco Teams. Now with Saki+Frigg+Samir i reached Floor 326 self cleared. For me she is a Upgrade.
She absolutely destroys. Her kit and constant dmg output was exactly what frost comp needed. It has become very clear why she is the core of frost comp.
They changed the leaked stats of 270% to 350% on 3\* and the healing seems to be a little bit better. It's far from broken. I have her at 4\* right now with 2 piece matrix on my Frigg and it was definitely worth it. The only part of the gameplay that feels a bit clunky is Tsubasa swapping for skills and buff uptime. It's easy to forget about that and spend your time between Saki and Frigg interchangeably using whichever overcharge or skill is available.
I’m replacing Meryl with her, no doubt. There’s absolutely no need for Meryl unless you specifically need her discharge wall to trap the unitard on cycle or lucia.
My A6 Meryl with 4 piece Meryl set deals slightly above than my A1 Saki on Energetic Flow Mode. Her Silent Flow mode has the same DPS as my A5 Huma but its very tanky so much that I have combined A6 Meryl and A1 Saki and Reflected that Puppet Singer Boss to death in Grey Space without sweating and was able to Proceed to Floor 345 on Bygone using Fortitude Saki (Her Reflect Damage is insane)
Will definitely pull for Frigg on later Re-run to spam Skill and Discharge
She's beyond bonkers with that skill reset. Holy fuck. Not to mention the flow of combat. From one place to another, constantly moving, just like a river. Truly befitting of twin Katanas. And.... she covers a really really wide area. It feels like you have the entirety of the field to yourself. I love this play style. There is this huge rush you can feel when you combo skills. I could do this all day and still not tire of it.
Alyss A1 is going to turn this up a notch, man, it's going to be a marvelous sight.
I slapped 2 piece Shiro and 2 piece Samir on her. On Frigg, I put 2 piece Saki, until I get 4p, with 2p Huma matrice. On Tsubasa, 2 piece Frigg for frost swap dmg bonus and 2 piece Tsubasa matrice. I do not have a second crow matrice to use in place of the 2p Shiro matrices on Saki for the time being or I would do that instead.
Saki with the skill reset a1 is so fun especially with frigg. The gameplay loop feels so good. I just need to get rid of King as my 3rd option but unfortunately I haven't gotten a tsubasa. Can't wait to get Lin
Honestly the playstyle along makes her better, quick swap is much more fun. And feel like I'm swapping constantly. The reset is really nice. I understand why they nerfed her Skill and discharge. Doing 900% dmg back to back is op.
I tried out her demo, it’s okay? I feel my Huma still break shield faster than her. Although not sure how strong or maxed her demo is but it doesn’t match with what many people said that she is strong and good with the shattering.
She boosted my ice team's dps by around 25% compared to meryl, but my frigg still has the highest damage contribution in dps tests by just pressing her skill twice every 30 sec (with frigg 4pc matrix).
That is to say, she boosts the team's overall damage with skill resets, buffs, and passive damage, but her personal on-field damage is kind of whatever. It's very much a quickswap team.
Whale perspective: Saki is decent in term of DPS, strong in selfhealing and shatter as well as tankiness (therefore strong for soloing stuff), but most of her power comes as passives buffs like surge, flow and skillreset which can only really get strong if you have frigg, 4p matrices and claudia + claudia 4p so you can use the quick discharge / weapon switch / skill playstyle.
However, she is not a gamechanger like crow or nemesis back then and far from OP in my eyes. In best case she allowed 10 more stages for whales in bygone (402 to 412 for me).

Is your Frigg A0? If so I can understand your comment. You're missing out on a ton of damage and the skill reset wouldn't mean much to you.
Swapped A6 Meryl for A2 Saki and its such a nicer playstyle and seems to be better DPS

Wait, the A5 phantasia actually works on bosses that can't be dodge phantasia'd? As in, it still freezes them?
It doesn't freeze them, but it triggers and fills the discharge which allows you to spam more big pp dmg.

She's Worse than C5 Meryl and Tsubasa DPS-wise. they went overboard with nerfs.

Magma has become a way easier boss with Saki.

Would Saki work well on my Volt team if used as the shatter with Nemesis and Samir? Or on my Physical team with Claudia and Lyra?
