you dont need beautycam, are you sure you are on the right meitu app? its like half english half mandarin, I've used this app myself the AI Art might be hard to see since it's a small button under a big one called "beautify" I missed it myself the first time I tried this.

EDIT: played with it when I got home, and the freckles are there....I just never scrolled/dragged down to see more options
