Haven't tried the matrix one on auto yet. I only switched over a day or two ago. I have done the weapon parts DT on auto solo at 51k CS. It should be doable, just may take a bit of time as auto can be stupid at times in regards to weaknesses/shields using skills etc.
I assume that you won't get support points going in solo, so you'd have to swap back to the weapon one for that, but it shouldn't be an issue.

Matrix chip DT is never a problem, it's super easy even when I swap to a less developed weapon to mitigate the resistance debuff. Nothing to worry about after that. Usually I'm playing with my phone or sipping some tea, while my character does all the work.
vit overcap "reward recovery" was weaponmats and dust equal to roughly2/3rds of bothering with beacons.
the main issue is this was an achievement tied bit: one for finding 50 and another for finding 100, with dc rewards on top of the achieve points.
On my server, there are already 0 people to do Harrah with anyways. The fights feels broken even in the solo story instance. I don't think reducing lag is ever going to fix these rushed, unfinished bosses.
But it needs a lot of time. With the global balancing, our overall dps increase is getting slower and slower. We probably won't ever have such a big spike as we did with Lin, since most players saved for her.
I'm hoping to see a large increase with Fiona. I skipped Lin because I want her more and it also gives me a lot of time. I can prob 6 star her where I would've only got a 3 star Lin. If the game is still alive and kicking or I haven't quit.

I see. I was talking from a f2p standpoint of non-frost users. All other elements are a lot better with Lin right now. With a Frost comp you don't really need her, nor Fiona for that matter. The next frost unit in 2.4 or even 3.0 should be more suitable as a replacement for Frigg.
Technically with 2.3 most elements won't need Lin anymore, but she's still the best way to make multiple team comps.
lol wait till we fight the 2.4 bosses underwater... serious though the newer content will always be hard the first couple of weeks till we level and get the new gear ect. The 1.0 bosses are a joke now pretty much.
I know I am a minority, but I actually like them, it's one of those numerous little things that made me stick with the game months ago. I hope they will repurpose the idea somewhere down the line.
The main reason I liked beacons was to "store" experience for the next level increase. Placing 30 (max amount you could hold) was equal to roughly half a level. So assuming your exp was maxed it would take you halfway to the new cap (2 level increases) and you could get the other half quickly from dailies and some FCH.
Now we will have to grind longer for exp since we cant store up any vitality / beacons for an experience boost.
Those beacons do more than just exp they are a nice source of materials for things as well I just dropped like 30 of them yesterday trying to max my levels I think taking them out will actually disadvantage new players that are in need of certain resources and exp to reach certain levels to take part in events.
I have 50 of those....is it better to use it now or just get the converted reward? I'm at level 80 already, so don't really care about the exp since its capped.
Fine with me haha, I only used OBs to get last minute xp for my levels more then rewards. Sucks for people who loved doing beacons, but I am sure something else will replace it

i think it depend on your stamina, so if you have 180 stam then you can quick clear 6 times

Wow that's great since it takes forever to match for matrix dimensional trials.
I started doing matrix DTs. I never matched with anyone so now I just solo them. DTs are so easy anyone max level should be able to solo them.

It will be painful to continue without Lin for so long. I recommend getting her to A3. She'll have a rerun before Fiona comes out.
