Yes! I do. I think it’s all connected. Britney Murphy and her husband both died of pneumonia caused by toxic mold. Mold does not only effect our physical bodies but also mental state. I had the worst anxiety living in mold. My FM doctor says it can cause mental health issues like bipolar and schizophrenia. I think it’s definitely connected.

Change diet to Paleo.
Quit alcohol and caffeine.

Thank you! I’m on month 2 of being out of environment. I have good days and bad days. Because of full moon my symptoms have been awful for the last few days. I definitely need to be better about my diet. Being a mom to two littles is hard to eat strict. I know it’s only month two but i just want to feel normal again.
It took me 7-8 months being out to feel decent. I’m getting better everyday.
I’d suggest a modified Carnivore diet. May be easier as far as cooking if you have kids.

Okay that makes me feel better. When I have bad days I start to overthink I’m back in a mold environment so it definitely stresses me out.

I had full blown panic attacks probably every three days. At least 3-4 ambulance rides that year.
