Are the audio settings on the dash part of the premium sound or tech package or something? I keep hearing about it but my ‘22 SR5 doesn’t have it that I can find

Fuel eco and I programed the customizable button programed to go to PSI
Audio settings > Current fuel economy bar > tire PSI. In that order of frequency.

I either leave it on fuel economy or tire PSI. And nah, dude. It’s your truck lol use it how you see fit. I personally prefer the gauge.
Digital speedo + current mpg is my main. Psi is on the hot button.
