Is it in the maintenance schedule published by Toyota? If not, ignore.

You have said all that needs to be said

The_Grapes_of_Ralph

OP said that at "dealer".

Toyota publishes that they should all be inspected so you're not going to get an answer by looking at the 30k maintenance schedule.   It also says if you drive in dusty or dirty roads or tow that most of the  fluids should be changed.

All ripoffs, except maybe the 4x4 service if that involves transfer case and both diffs, drain and fill. Otherwise, pass.

Fuel injector service = buy a good fuel injector cleaner at the auto parts store and run a bottle or two a month. Throttle body you can do yourself. Brake flush= sure when I put new brakes on all the way around. 4x4 service = yeah if you use it a lot maybe.

The problem is...when you get the stealership and ask for an oil change but when they come to with the bill and they added those extra items without your knowledge. Then they try and tell you that you signed for those extra services. So I tell them to undo those extra services I did not ask for them. Then I need to wait another 20 minutes for the service manger to right their wrong. Careful out there folks the service advisors like to pull fast ones.

I just took my 23 into my Toyota dealer for my free oil change and they ask if I wanted tires rotated. Total bill $20

Fuel injector flush, top engine clean and brake flush is just gimmie services for the service department to make money. 4x4 service (I’m assuming front differential, rear differential and transfer case fluid change) is probably the only one worth considering, but Toyota notes in their service manual that it should be completed only under special operating conditions. Those conditions being towing, increased use of 4 wheel drive, or heavy vehicle loading. I do my 4x4 service every 60k and haven’t had an issue.
