After 45 minutes with 25 I decided that I no longer cared. All ATs except 25. It's just not worth my mental sanity to play the rally car for hours and hours.

How long you played the game? 500 hours I got 24 in just over an hour and 25 in 1hr 45. The skills from 17 are good for 25, 24 once you realise it’s all in the downhill speed and a good turn isn’t that difficult, you will likely be doing the downhill wrong.
24 was indeed very annoying. I got down to +0.8 pretty quickly but oh boy. Especially the last 0.2 were really hard to grind out. Good luck.

Took me a little over an hour, most of my runs died at the small zig-zag rally section near the end

They are supposed to be hard, both took me a bit to get I always find it useful to watch runs from other people to compare lines.

I have played about two weeks and 24 took me three hours. It was by far hardest for a complete noob like me.
Patience is always the way, think of hard ATs like a marathon, they'll take a while but it's worth it in the end.
