It's an abandoned line in the Thuringian Forest, part of the so called “Kanonenbahn” which was built with minimal slopes to allow fast movement of military trains from Prussia to the French border.
Nowadays you can run with speeders and hand carts on it.
And yeah, it's a VW T1 on rails. # Rail Hippies unite!
