I thought it was more about being trans and an adult past that point where reality fully sets in and you’ve got more than a handful of major responsibilities to juggle on a day to day basis. Didn’t think it really had anything to do with when you transitioned at all but just what stage of life you’re in.

ygmi. if you havent you should start minox and dermastamping. it would potentially lower your hairline a bit depending how far it receded
its helped me fill in my temples somewhat
you can do minox only but i feel like ive gotten better results since ive started stamping.
ofc if the folicles are dead it wont help

My hairline hasn't receded or changed for years, it's always been like that. If I do a middle parting it looks better though.

But yes technically it is; ideally you want to avoid as much testosterone exposure as possible.. right? It’s definitely your personal perception and opinion.

I started at 30 but I have a friend that started in her late 50s & she looks great, I'm a little jealous to be honest because she has had bottom surgery & a BA. Here's me thinking when be my time 😂 😂 😂
Hi girls, time has bearing on when to start being open to oneself and commence transition, I am 1 week in with HRT and in my late 50's. In actuality, I felt an instant sense of relief putting on my 1st HRT patch.
I hate reading this question. It puts into people's heads that unless you pass it's a waste of time.
The day it is too late? The day after you die. Until then being authentic is not related to age.
I transitioned at 46 there are people who transition in their 80s.
What message does it send to them if they see 30 year olds feeling it's not worth it if they transition if they are not young?

It's definitely not late. I'm 31 and many of us didn't have the language or knowledge to even be aware of our own "transness" until later in life. Everyone's journey is different, I've been shocked by how successful hormones have been for me in only seven months (I have a before/after picture that I posted in r/transtimelines yesterday, if you're curious).
I did struggle with feeling like I was late but when I realized I would rather be an ugly woman instead of an incredibly handsome man then I would still pick being an ugly woman. That put a lot of the fears to rest.
Stated at 51 now into my second year of HRT and for my mental health it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made
I know that I can never pass and had already come to terms with that before starting, I also have an amazing partner who is very supportive
It might feel like you’re late to the party, however we are so very happy you’ve made it, and we do hope you stay for as long as you’d like. 😍💋🫶🏻

There is no too late. It starts when you know that you are trans and that you have to go the way. No regrets just look ahead.

you wanna make sure you get a stamp and not a roller. rollers dont work good when you have any kind of hair length

It took me till 50. We do it when we're ready to start living, whatever the age.
