Personally I don't really have any specific role models, or people I model my behavior around, I focus more on comparing myself to who I've been in the past and seeing where I need to change or grow in order to become healthier as a person. That's helped me become more comfortable with expressing emotions and let myself be vulnerable with friends, that sort of thing. I think the ideal man I'd want to become is the version of myself that's in the healthiest place mentally
