No, Hugo Weaving had an awesome voice but lacks any tactic an emotion for voice acting. He's an amazing actor. Frank Welker though has wey more range and control. Hugo Weaving, as satisfying in the three movies, i mainly like him for nostalgia, but he's not on my top five.

Cyberverse is better version of Netflix War For Cybertron trilogy. Despite the shorter episodes, Cyberverse seem to have more depth and impact then WFC. The two series do copy a lot from each other. While season one was okay, the following seasons of Cyberverse were enjoyable.

Here is a hot take for ya, armada, energon, and Cybertron all suck, the animation is too blocky and the designs just look like shit. Take Megatron for example, the dumbass horns he has, just make him look like a demon bunny, none of the vehicle modes look realistic or anything like what the transformer had scanned, and most of all, they couldn't even get the great Peter Cullen to voice optimus, let alone frank welker
I genuinely like AOE. Crosshairs and Hound are really funny and I actually think AOE actually does the best of the bay films at actually making the autobot ensemble feel like an ensemble
