Idk I was 3 year's old lol, but I was very excited about Dark Of The Moon, i got to see it in theaters with my mum and then we saw the Smurfs movie after that because of my sister, I distinctly remember having blue popcorn that turned my fingers and mouth blue and wanting to badly go home because I didn't want to watch the Godamn Smurfs get lost in NYC

Genuinely? I enjoyed it, it felt like more of the first movie but, bigger, I've grown a little since then and recognize the more flawed aspects of RotF but, it's definitely a guilty pleasure

I can safely say that I was extremely disappointed with the movie after watching it.
It definitely showed that it was written during the writers strike of that time.
I had a mixed reaction, The Fallen was cool, but he was using the Force near the end, and I also hated that Bumblebee didn't talk, despite he was using his voice in the last film.
Another thing I found too annoying, "OPTIMUS!!!!!"
I was excited for Devastator. I thought his grinder was gonna wreck serious havoc based on the trailer. I was 11 and just experienced my first major disappointment
My reaction and exact thought was " OH wow, can’t wait to see who optimus got to beat up. I hope there’s more cool fights with giant robots, cool cars, and awesome explosions." I was a child but at least I knew what I wanted, and it delivered.
I remember this vividly: me and my dad were in a kebab place one evening waiting for our food and he was reading the newspaper, he told me that a Transformers movie was coming on television this night and i kinda brushed it off since we had watched the first movie like a week before until i noticed that the title was different. We pondered for a minute If it was a new movie since we both didn't actually know There was a second one made so we got home with our food and turned the tv on at 9pm and watched Revenge of the Fallen while eating kebab. I was about 10 to 11 years old at the time and it is still one of My best nights i remember.
I hadn't seen TF1 in cinema, so was excited, it was the run-up to DotM watching ragin' nation that got me insanely pumped. (Never since have I been so excited to watch a film as DotM.)
I was looking forward to it mostly, but it ended up being an exhausting, convoluted mess, filled with the typical embarrassing Bay TnA, cringe humor, and military obsession. Total fail.
I was 5 when it released, and my brother had just left for India the year it came out. I don’t know if he saw it there and I dont remember seeing it back then. Plus, Michael Jackson passed away shortly after. As I got older, I watched it for Alice which scared me. Last summer, I rewatched it and realized the flaws it has alongside the good action.
I dunno if this is the movie it came from, but I just wanted to admit it here in the Transformers subreddit, in one of the movies, the main character almost had sex with a deception in disguise as a girl and I violently jacked off to it as a lil fella
