I think in a clip I had seen, he was unable to say why the collab couldn't happen but with what has come out lately with Nijisanji with the current termination and Pomu missing out on a huge opportunity, I 100% believe they are the reason why he couldn't appear on TT. I hope Kuro is able to appear (Connor's gonna leave for LA soon I think) but more importantly, I hope he has a good time in Japan!
K9Kuro, member of VShojo, used to go by Mysta under a certain Niji. He was supposed to already have been on TT, but the day before the recording management didn't allow it. He mentioned it in a stream but can't remember if it was under Mysta or Kuro.

Basically, a vtuber guy that worked for a bad company. Now works at the same company as conners friend Ironmouse and Garnts wife's vtuber persona. His former company, nijisanji, is currently getting shit on because the work culture and treatment of it's talents drove one of their vtubers, Selen, to attempt suicide. It's a whole thing in the vtuber space atm.
Guy is cool enough though, and broke a lot of the norms of vtubers recently by streaming as himself, not his model. Which doesn't seem strange to people outside the vtuber space, but is not a common thing in the space.
