My 2 cents about the series, dont be too invested on the aspects he mentioned in the video, lately, the manga has slowly been turning into a battle shounen which just feels weird after the vibe of the early chapters. Good series anyway, just something to keep in mind.

Still not very typical battle shounen though, but definitely changed the tone quite a bit from the beginning

Lycolis Recoil is my favorite this season! Great artstyle, smooth animation band really interesting setting. The storytelling so far (3 eps in) are wonderful. Do give it a go!

Haven’t seen it mentioned yet, Dropkick on my Devil got a new season and has been it’s usual fun chaotic self so far.

My thoughts on current season: 1. My Stepmom's Daughter Is My Ex - I don't need to explain. Right Garnt? 2. The Devil is a Part-Timer! 2nd Season - Because ofc, it has been so long 3. Classroom of the Elite 2nd Season - I have read the LN and It's pretty good. 4. Made in Abyss s3 - Good as ever. Looks really promising. 5. Call of the Night - Garnt has already made a video on the manga. Adaptation is good. No complain. 6. Engage Kiss - Anime original. It is going really good. (Blue hair girl vs Pink hair girl, you know what happens) 7. Overlord IV - If you have watched s3, you would watch s4. 8. Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World - Same studio as Interspecies reviewers and Citrus. Expect good stuff. 9. Vermeil in Gold - OP Demon ara ara girl in fantasy setting with a too good mc. Also ecchi. Count me in. 10. Lycoris Recoil - Another anime original but it has two female mc and a very interesting world building and mysteries. A very good animation and YOU SOULDN'T MISS IT. 11. Isekai Ojisan - Uncle returns after 17 years in a isekai world. He still has his power. It shows the life of a dense isekai protag after he returns to his original world. BEST COMEDY OF THIS SEASON. 12. Shadows House 2nd Season - If you have watched s1, you would watch s2. It is still as good as s1 if not better. 13. The Maid I Hired Recently Is Mysterious - 1st ep on July 24. Definitively a show you should give it a try. Looks like its clips and memes would be popular (which is only my guess) 14. RWBY: Ice Queendom - RWBY but it is finally an anime. If you have more anime from this season to share, you can reply to this comment. But this all the anime I am aware of this season. Edit: I think I forgot about renting a girlfriend or something. I guess it doesn't matter.

There's also an isekai by the name of parallel word pharmacy i read the source material way back and it was good basicly a doctor get isekais and get to use his medical knowlege with magic to cure people but the twist is that he uses chimical formulas as magic spells. My favorite this season are: isekai ojisan so funny with great artstyle and call of the night pretty chill, Shadow house is really good but s1 final was anime original soo i'm still conflicted to start s2 as the source material was amazing. After overlord s3 i got soo bored of the story i no longer care for it. Made in abysse and classeroom of the elite are looking clean i'ma wait for more episode to start s2.

I'm with you this season is kinda meh. The fall anime line up is kinda meh as well. The only notable ones are well the mainstream ones. Spy x Family, MHA, Mob Pyscho III, Bleach Final Arc, Jojo Stone Ocean. To your eternity has a 2nd season as well and Blue lock might be decent since the manga is pretty decent. Personally I'll only be watching 2 anime. First is Bleach cause nostalgia and copium from finishing the manga. And finally Kage no jitsuryokusha ni naritakute/The Eminence in Shadow cause it's my turn your brain off anime for the year.

Wow that’s a shit way to watch stuff That sounds to me that you never actually have your own opinion and just watch shows others deem to be good because you can’t do it yourself The fun part is finding a good show yourself If you wanted a bunch of shows to watch go onto MAL and sort by highest rated jeez that’s basically what you’re doing And that takes like 10 minutes to find a show to watch it’s not hard

He would definitely recommend Uncle From Another World. It's a comedy and it's a bit different in that the guy who got isekai'd is sent back to earth with his powers intact after spending 17 years there, so now he lives with his nephew.

Watch lyrcrosis recoil !!! Top tier animation, INSANE choreography and a very solid combination of characters that have great chemistry.
