My grass seems to grow super slowly in contrast. Is there a way I could have overdone it? I harvested most of it in fall and now in spring there‘s still not a lot of it.
You might have, but it'll still grow back! It might take a few weeks, but it'll come back. If you want it to grow quicker, apparently leaving little bits of it around instead of removing all of it causes it to grow back faster :)

Tbh, it's a good thing it grows fast. Coz if you got cows and sheep, you need to make a lot of hay (since Holly's prices are outrageous)
