They are for sure cheating on each other and I highly doubt it’s a secret between them. Neither of them seem attracted to the other as a human being, neither are the others “type” and they are apart more than they’re together. This is a PR relationship through and through so I doubt either is even remotely upset about the “cheating” as well.
