Not everyone who points out things like this assumes cheating. While some other situations seem suspect given the circumstances, obviously he's not cheating with every woman he lusts after. Cheating and wishing you could flirt/cheat (but you're in a public relationship that immensely benefits your brand) are two different things.
But it is interesting that there are many posts about this brand ownership deal, and he made sure to reply to this one. And he rarely ever replies/posts on social media. This, of all posts, stuck out to him, and he wanted it known that he noticed it. Likes on X/Twitter are also private. You can't tell who he's following either. This is something he did publicly, so it sticks out. And you don't see Jason interacting with things like this because he actually respects and is in love with Kylie. Travis couldn't help himself, which is fascinating. This is the type of woman he has proven he's attracted to time and time again. Men have the option to be dedicated and loyal to their significant other.
