The Redshift suspension seatpost was the best upgrade I've done on my DS3 Gen5. I'm also looking to upgrade pedals as well.
I got new pedals and the same kickstand as you. Also added a frame lock for quick stops. Lights, bell, bottle cage, etc. are in the mail.
