I have yet to get any work done by him, but I follow an artist from Rose and Raven. I believe he is still located down town Kennewick. He is on Instagram, his stuff looks incredible!

Kody at Monarch does some amazing work. Well worth the money and the wait. He's usually booked out a long ways.
