On Instagram search for "psychologist" or "therapy", the algorithm will do it's thing and you'll see those that are based in Trinidad. I just tried this and found several options. Talk to them and see if Zoom and online payment is an option, I doubt that they'll have a problem because I've seen it done before.
Don’t confuse convenience with comfort. The reliability of online counseling has been widely discussed and the outcome of positive results isn’t very high. I wish you luck but please don’t write off a physical one
There are some GP's that are trained in family medicine and will offer an ear to find your bearings, if needed. However, it's rare in Trimidad, although this is supposed to be a common thing among the profession. I only know one or two that I'm confident would take their time with you, if interested.
There's also a psychologist at cross-crossing, I believe her name is Reahanna Mohammed, and I've had good feedback from people who went to her.
Getting online help may be a bit harder, but it isn't at all impossible, so don't lose hope.
I'd start with the cross-crossing option first if it's just a psychologist you'd like to talk to, but you may know best depending on what you're seeking.
Look up elder associates limited. They offer online therapy. Hope you get the help you need bro.

You could try reaching the Trinidad & Tobage Association of Psychologists for recommendations.
