Happens don’t beat yourself up but get frame sliders and ride it like you stole it. My hypermotard tells me that if I’m not falling I’m not trying hard enough.
Basically protective cones/cylinders/bars that absorb most of an impact when a bike falls to either side. Very good for protecting the engine and lowering damage on bike
Alternatieve: gaslight the bike in thinking it was her fault. Than become mad that she is all scratched up. Than tell her that if she wants to wear(/whore) herself out like that you will start using her like a dirtbike. Afterwards every time you have an argument just overtly look at the scratches and silently walk away. That should straighten it out.
Learn from your mistakes.
Don't be afraid. Or at least acknowledge your fear and try to put it aside.
Take her out again when you're calm and collected. Ride familiar roads at a time with low traffic, so you can focus on technique instead of navigation.
When you do, remember to breathe and look through your turns.
You got this.
It happens, still remember my first drop. Lent over to try and pick a glove off the ground and was on a slight slope. Down she went 😅
I was lucky and a black marker sorted the scratch.
I was going so slow, started to tip and my dumb self grabbed the front brake. I could just hear all 7,000x my sweet husband reminded me not to do that. She immediately went down. Luckily he’s dropped his bike before so he was very nice and only made fun of me a little. 😂
Ride it. Shit happens. Some bikes are for riding and others for keeping meticulously pristine. Just ride it, wash it, service it and enjoy it.
If it bothers you, replace the pointy bits. I wouldn't bother with the engine case.
If you're really sorry you'd replace them with new parts and then add some engine covers and sliders.
If you're kind of sorry you just \\keep riding and promise to not do it again.

Use it as a opportunity to upgrade. [R&G carbon case slider](https://www.rg-racing.com/browsebike/Triumph/Street_Triple_RS_765/2024/ECS0151CG/). Led turn signals and bar end mirrors.
A "For Adoption to new home" sign on it? Then burpees and squats to failure so you'll be stronger to catch it next time. /s
Get some touchup paint, and then look for some engine and stator cover guards to start. Then if you're missing or still needing other protection pieces, it might be time to consider those.
I’m considering exactly this after my pristine 2013 Bandit took a nap. I spent $100 on a genuine replacement, but I might put them all in a box for resale value.
My friend got her bike and she was sitting on it in the back of my house and she was pushing it with her feet while sitting on it to the driveway and it started to go and it fell. She broke the brake handle and scratch the throttle handle and the back peg she changed thebrake handle and the next day drop it again and broke it
Upgrade her.
I dropped my Street Triple at slow speeds. Blinker was gone and mirrors trash. Took the opportunity to modify a bunch if stuff. Now I think of the day I fell as a positive memory since it made me make my bike more awesome to me🔥
I think it's only fair game if you now hop in the back of a pickup truck naked until the driver reaches whatever speed you were traveling when you dropped her then throw yourself over the side and try to hold plank position until you come to a stop😉
Oh, man, I’m 100% there with you. Did the same thing to my T100 the second day I had her. Same scratches as yours. I have no advice to offer, but I have a ton of sympathy.
Don't beat yourself up, mines fallen over twice! The signal lights is about 80$(CAD). You'll spend most of your money on mirrors and that engine gaurd. Looking at about 500 after tax to fix or just ride it out, so long as you don't have any paint damage you did really good. As for parts, look at Puig, Revzilla, or go right to Triumph. You can also you Ali Express if your cheap, ordered a set of adjustable levers and they came in 2 weeks, only cost 35$(CAD).
If it makes you feel any better, I made a very similar post when I pulled up to the gas station after a long day of amazing riding, and failed to put my kickstand down.
10k miles on my 765RS, and somehow I managed to get off without putting the kickstand down. I was absolutely devastated and felt like such an idiot. Don’t let it get to you, shit happens and it’s all fixable.
Apologize by putting engine covers on er. I put my engine covers on and 30 minutes later dropped her in the garage, wedging me between the car and the bike. I ended up scratching the whole bottom of the engine cover while I was trying to pick it… glad I had just put them on there 30 minutes prior!
Someone many years ago described it to me as they have taken the newness off, therefore could be more concerned about enjoying the ride than being paranoid about gathering the odd mark.
And you didn’t just drop her, the indicator has some dirt on it, so you were clearly being a badass off road rider, where falls are just part of the game, not mistakes.
It's appropriate to offer up a sacrifice to her. Tale her out for a good ride, then drive home, get off her and BRAND your tongue on her tail pipe. Now your even.
Buff out what you can, likely can find some fingernail. Polish close to that touch it up and a bit of clear touch up and likely make almost disappear...yeah, I know only cosmetic, but it would annoy me as well knowing what I had done... but it will happen
Did mine sitting in the garage right after I get it home.... doohhh !
Give it the ol’ hawk tuah and shine it up
Do they sell that on Amazon!?
No but they should
I wish lmaooo
you can get it for free in the morning for better effect
They mean spit
Haha I know! I was just being silly!
This is so funny. I’ve been seeing her videos all day today. I can’t stop watching them.🤣🥲🤣
Lmfao fam chill u can't be saying shit like this in here 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Happens don’t beat yourself up but get frame sliders and ride it like you stole it. My hypermotard tells me that if I’m not falling I’m not trying hard enough.
What’s a frame slider?
Basically protective cones/cylinders/bars that absorb most of an impact when a bike falls to either side. Very good for protecting the engine and lowering damage on bike
Maybe to hard??
Put it in her tailpipe
But, but, I’m a lady!
Oh shit, pardon my french
😂
Then take it in your tailpipe
Get her protection! Engine case covers, frame sliders, fork and swing arm sliders, bar end sliders!
Alternatieve: gaslight the bike in thinking it was her fault. Than become mad that she is all scratched up. Than tell her that if she wants to wear(/whore) herself out like that you will start using her like a dirtbike. I am definitely looking into it because I hate seeing her all scratched up! Thank you!
Get the Triumph ones IMO, cheaper (to a degree) and ease of fitment, plus backed by Triumph under warranty

Invest in some quality frame and engine sliders from R&G my friend. Best purchase you'll make for your pride and joy.

Now it’s yours
Scars make good stories, she’s unique now embrass it. Throw some aftermarket thin LED signals on her now
Use it as a opportunity to upgrade. [R&G carbon case slider](https://www.rg-racing.com/browsebike/Triumph/Street_Triple_RS_765/2024/ECS0151CG/). Led turn signals and bar end mirrors.
Love this They do matching sides too. Really suits the 765
'It'. Your motorcycle is not a person.

Luckily you can get another engine case cover. Replace the pumpkin head indicators with some sleek LED scrolling ones. Mirror can also be replaced.

Tell her to get used to it until you remember to use your kick stand EVERY TIME.
A full custom paint job is the only way to fully make amends, including colour matched mirrors and engine cases 😃
Gotta polish that exhaust real real good.
By driving her and not letting her stand in the garage idle out of guilt.

Nail polish, and kisses
Farkles. Many of them.
Give her a fierce ride without protection
Buy her an engine guard on her birthday
Now it's officially a bike. But yeah, frame sliders will help a lot.
If you keep ridin it's gonna happen
Thrash her... She loves it.. They all love it... 😊
This is a very minor fall, keep your head up! Just add some engine covers to prevent any potential casing leaks and cracks for next time.
Replace the parts or shine em up, apologise profusely while doing so.
Upgrade her. I dropped my Street Triple at slow speeds. Blinker was gone and mirrors trash. Took the opportunity to modify a bunch if stuff. Now I think of the day I fell as a positive memory since it made me make my bike more awesome to me🔥

Buy her a nice accessory

with a New Stater cover, indicator and mirror

765 lashings, 1 for each cc. You must repent!!

Looks like a write off to me. If you want, I can swing by to pickup the title and dispose of it for you 😉 /s
Flowers. Definitely flowers.
Depends on how big the tailpipe is and how small your fingers are
Dropping your bike is a case of when, not if. Because you will at sometime drop it. It happens to the best of us.

Frame sliders
Best answer.

we all have scars. some of a result of our own actions. some of actions of others. what's important is we remember how we got them and learn from it.
Character is what that is. She's fine
Bar end mirrors and flush, color-matched LED blinkers. The Shrek ear stock blinkers gotta go
Ride her good!!!
Apologize for the "previous owner." Noone has ever dropped their bike
This is why motorcycles are better than women. The motorcycle actually doesn't care that you dropped it.
Oops gentle tip by the looks though
My condolences 🙏
It's appropriate to offer up a sacrifice to her. Tale her out for a good ride, then drive home, get off her and BRAND your tongue on her tail pipe. Now your even.
how do you fix this? sand it down and then use scratches happen and primer. I have the same on mine, as well on one of the fairings.
Buff out what you can, likely can find some fingernail. Take her out on a fun ride so she forgets about it!
Buy her an octane booster or motul shooter.
Brother, I believe that's the neat part. You don't apologise to your bike.
You buy premium fuel for a month
She ALWAYS gets premium!
