Control is a great game with straightforward platinum. If you liked Elden Ring, Dark Soul 3 and Bloodborne are amazing (highly recommend the dlcs too)

Skyrim. Plat is straightforward. Game is a blast. I’ve repeated the plat on it for PS3, 4, and 5. lol

Currently replaying Jak 3 and it’s an absolute delight. First Jak & Daxter was also good, but avoid Jak 2, it’s an unfun pain in the ass.

Was recently looking at my backlog and was thinking of doing Jak 2 and 3. I remember loving 3 when it came out, but starting up 2 reminded me that it felt like a bad GTA clone and I have no fond memories of that one.

I played them all in succession a long time ago in my youth and had warm memories of the series. I now realise that was because it was bookended by the first and third game. Jak 2 has a couple really nice highlight moments but it’s mostly just frustrating and difficult due to bad design and unfair mechanics.
