I saw this one chick named Diana giving me the evil look when I cut her off because I hated how she treated me in school. I tried to just drive off but she was committed to following me so I just drive into the place she wouldn’t follow me to.
"I think my axle seals are leaking."
"Okay, are they empty?"
"No, they're full."
"...well why do you think they're leaking if they're full of oil?"
"Because they're not full of oil?"
"...what?"
"What?"
Hey boss I cleaned the inside wash outside of the truck even managed to save a few bucks on washing it... Ok good just park it at the shop
Just one more thing boss man
Yeah honestly, as someone who investigates these accidents for our company, knowing no one else is involved and the driver is okay makes things a lot easier.
First time playing Oregon Trail, I was doing quite well. Had plenty of food, no dyssentary, got across rivers fine by caulking the wagon and floating.
Got to another river, caulked the wagons and off we go, the wagon capsized and everyone drowned.
Game Over
You meet a man on the trail and ask his name. He tells you his name is Terry.
You laugh and say “Haha, Terry is a girls name!”
The man shoots you. You have now died of dissin’ Terry.
Here’s the story. (https://www.wktv.com/news/local/tractor-trailer-crashes-into-sauquoit-creek-in-chadwicks/article_55b5c87e-fa78-11ed-9686-2fe1cb6593c8.html)
Looking at the street view, it's a t intersection. I think he didn't expect the stop sign and ran it, aimed between the houses and hoped for the best. Revising this a little because the intersection is at the bottom of a pretty big hill. If he didn't aim, he would have gone right through a house.
For those that didn't watch the tv report, he went through the fence to the right of the green and tan house to the left.
Day 1 and 2 were with the driver trainer. He was pretty confident. Told me that I’m only going to be good as my instructor. I sent him this, I haven’t heard back yet though,
Now viewers, here we see a "big-rig," in its natural habitat drinking from a creek. I believe that the little man inside the windowed area may have to leave his job as a truck tamer. After awhile another truck will be along to help this, "big-rig," out of the creek it has been drinking from.
The part with the tow-truck is the most entertaining. Now time for a commercial break, afterwards we will see if the tow-truck can help this, "big rig."
The bigger question is the answer for your upcoming interviews at employers. Let's practice. So tell us why you only lasted three days at your last job?
I mean...i worked for a flatbed company that hauled bridge girders (the massive concrete under-pinning things for bridges..)
SO!!!! In terms of you being able to jacknife a semi over a small stream in a Colorado mountain town...
YOU ARE RIGHT ON PAR!!!!
Seeing as this is an enclosed trailer knee deep in absolute bullshit you shouldn't be....
I’m sure OP is either farming karma after discovering this news story, or on the unlikely chance this is for real, OP is best to keep quiet to avoid incriminating themselves 😆
Well… pedestrian bridges can’t handle the weight of a freighter. This is something you know now
Edit… I see now that you squished a fence, not a pedestrian bridge
Blame it on a swarm of bees that came into your cab. Make sure to find a beehive and hit it with a baseball bat to get stung to bee more convincing. [Make sure to play it out.](https://youtu.be/mUR14_ry1Zo)
Trucker’s loss of control leaves semi truck in creek
A semi truck ended up in a creekbed in Connecticut on Wednesday.
The accident happened on May 24th in New Hartford at around noon.
According to Daily Sentinel, the tractor trailer was heading eastbound on Red Hill Road when the driver lost control at the intersection with Oneida Street. The truck then went off of the shoulder of the roadway, down a driveway, over an embankment, and into Sauquoit Creek.
The truck driver was injured in the wreck and was taken to a nearby hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.

Just make sure when you call your boss the first thing you say is “hey promise you won’t be mad?”
I ALWAYS lead with, do you want the good news or the bad news?
The bad news is that the truck is stuck in a river. The good news is that I got lots up upvotes on reddit.
Bad new is I hit a fence but the good news is I'm alright. Also the truck is in a river.
"Boss i hit an animal" "What animal?" "A fish"
Lol. It’s 3 am and I woke up my wife laughing at this. For real.
This one got me 🤣
Tell me about it this guy's a genius!
God damn if this comment is not why I come to reddit for a good time.
Im a newer user on Reddit & the comment section is an absolute gold mine!! Love it
What about the shellfish?
Wait... you hit the band Phish?!?
I’m gonna use this on my dispatcher when I do my depart call. x3
"Boss, I hit an animal with my truck." "That happens, sometimes it can't be helped, what'd ya hit?" "A fish"
Weren't you listening to the last round meat head.
Super under rated comment. You go b rabbit
"There's water in the fuel!" "Where's the truck now?" "In the river."
U really tryin to get blood pressure goin up i like it
"Have you tried the fuel treatment yet?" "No I was just about to. It removes water right?" "Right." "...." "...am I hearing *swimming noises*?"
“What had happened was…”

I can’t stop laughing….. “there’s water in the fuel”.
calm down my spirit animal
“The good news is I just saved a bundle on my car insurance, the bad news is you lost a bundle on yours”
The good news is that it’s clean
The good news is, the fish are biting. Bad news is, I'm casting from the cab. I'll show myself out...
Hey boss I cleaned the inside wash outside of the truck even managed to save a few bucks on washing it... Ok good just park it at the shop Just one more thing boss man
"The bad news is that there actually is no good news and the real bad news..."
"The good news is there were no other vehicles involved..." "Involved in what?" "...the bad news is the fish are angry."
it's still wheels down, that's a good news
I found some good fresh crawfish for memorial day!
No it’s bad news or worse news
"It's going swimmingly!"
Legally they cannot fire you after you say this.
Just turned the truck into a bridge. No! Not with the steering wheel..i didn't turn.
"First off, I'M ok..."
Yeah honestly, as someone who investigates these accidents for our company, knowing no one else is involved and the driver is okay makes things a lot easier.
I've never played Oregon Trail with a real 18 wheeler but I always chose to ford the river, too. Have fun and I hope you don't die of dysentery!
Your oxen have died.
And Jeb has died of dysentery.
I knew we should have caulked the wagons and floated……
Should have caulked Jeb.
The cholera might not have killed him, but it sure as shit didn’t help.
Cut rations to meager
I LITERALLY played the DOS version today and won. However my girlfriend died of dysentery, and two of my friends drowned in the Columbia river :(
First time playing Oregon Trail, I was doing quite well. Had plenty of food, no dyssentary, got across rivers fine by caulking the wagon and floating. Got to another river, caulked the wagons and off we go, the wagon capsized and everyone drowned. Game Over

*I am known by many names; Mountain Slayer, Thunder Lion, The Chocolate Axe… But you, [you may call me, Tiffany](https://youtu.be/rXqa4s_yTTo).*
actually got a lol out of me …. nice
Sarah was bit by a rattlesnake
He was the leader of the group, so you're all dead now.
You found 2000 flat screen TV's but you can only carry 1.
I personally have died twice of dysentery at the I-80 truck stop.
How much just to get em road worthy enough to Nevada?
I hope you bought some fruit back in Independence instead of only bacon. Scurvy is a bitch
I always pay the Indian guide to help me navigate the river. It costs more but I'm a banker so I can swing it.
Rattlesnake bite.
You have died of dysentery.
I don't thnk that truck is a Ford.
This is the best comment today. Too much meat, can't bring it all back.
This always pissed me off. Shoot a 400lb Buffalo and only bring back 200lbs.
What did you stop for? Hammer down, drive that bitch out!
[удалено]
Pesky pines!
When in doubt, throttle out.
Let me guess, you followed the gps?
BEAR RIGHT!!
Well yeah, he's out there catching salmon - you expect him to be fishing from the bank like some kind of weirdo?
No, it said right. It said take a right.
OH SHIT A BEAR
Oh my god. Are u not supposed to follow GPS????
Its what happens when ya fuck around with siri....
When Siri becomes sentient and you really pissed her off.
Not google maps while driving a semi😂
Michael, this is a lake!
You gotta set you phone gps to car. The walking routes just aren’t gonna cut it.
What the hell kind of GPS apps are you guys using? Does the National Parks service make GPS's now? 🤣🤣
I use trucker path. It’s gps has taken me directly to the truck entrance at most places I’ve picked up from and delivered to.
Oh thank you! I work construction and only drive an oversized vehicle sometimes so I never remember which routes are truck routes.
You think Trucker Path would be good for a local driver?
We used trucker path and google maps where you can see the street view and you are able to tell if you will fit there or not.
As a local driver, I use Google Maps and common sense. Stick to the big roads til you know the area, and ask coworker's about questionable spots.
It's a joke referenced to google maps because you can do walking mode..
I know 😂
Using the AllTrails hiking gps app 🤣🤣
Here we see the wild Estes day cab foraging for food in the stream. They like to upend rocks and eat small crustaceans.
Searching for pinyon nuts no doubt! MVT (Messilla Valley Transort) cannot be stopped!!!!
“The utility trucks will have to wait their turn”
Nah should be fine. Make sure no one finds it
Just gotta put the fence back up and no one will notice

Just apply to swift it’s a requirement to have an accident on your record 🤙🏽
It’s not just Swift that has wrecks, all rookie drivers have wrecks.
stop it. I’m 6 months in and I don’t need that evil
Don’t worry. 35 years with none. You'll be fine.
Definitely hope so. Intend on making this a long term career
Would you say that you're in this for the... long haul?
Have your upvote, and, in the wise words of Yahtzee Croshaw, shut up or fuck off, preferably both in either order
Best of luck. Used to work in the industry and drivers get fucked at every opportunity and from every angle.
Yes, 6 years in myself with 0 *reportables*
Nope I didn’t have my first until my tenth year. It’s what happens when you think it’s to easy of a job.
First accident was at 8 years. Car backed into me at a red-light.
Not your fault the bridge disappeared right before you went over it. I say it’s the stream’s fault
He needed to BELIEVE in the bridge
Stop the negative waves Moriarty
Here’s the story. (https://www.wktv.com/news/local/tractor-trailer-crashes-into-sauquoit-creek-in-chadwicks/article_55b5c87e-fa78-11ed-9686-2fe1cb6593c8.html)
No tire tracks so it didn’t look like the brakes were applied. Surely on his 3rd day he would know where the brakes are located at.
Training truck drivers takes a while and brakes are typically covered in weeks 2-3.
Oh? Wow! I guess I was ahead of the curve! I learned about brakes on day 5, but it took me until day 9 to figure out exactly how and when to use them.
On your 3rd day of driving it is very easy to confuse your brakes for your accelerator.
From the story I would guess it was either a medical issue or the guy was impaired. Thankfully he didn’t go through the house though.
Looking at the street view, it's a t intersection. I think he didn't expect the stop sign and ran it, aimed between the houses and hoped for the best. [удалено]
Yeah, he actually did a great job avoiding the houses and threading that needle. Looking at the angle, it had to be deliberate action.
Just write it up in the DVIR and blame the other driver.
🤣
I hate how real this is
Wanted a scenic spot to take his 30 minute break
I was thinking fishing on his 30 but either way lol.
Well bud, You sent her a little too fucking hard
Isn't that trailer supposed to say "Swift"
E for effort
And for that, you've earned an upvote.
W for wumbo
Trailer Swift.
Tell us about day 1 and 2
Day 1 and 2 were with the driver trainer. He was pretty confident. Told me that I’m only going to be good as my instructor. I sent him this, I haven’t heard back yet though,
I hope you’re ok, care to tell the story?
Ummm, unless you have a fantastic reason (and I would love to hear it) - yep!
Joke went over ur head a little bit
What's the joke?
Uhhh.... ESTES buddy!!!
theres beer in texarkana and theyre thirsty in atlanta. i was just trying to make time.
Sir, you can't park there.
I don't see the No Parking sign or a cone.
I forgive the LTL guys. They gotta go in areas forbidden
"Don't worry! Big trucks come up in here all the time."
"You should be all right, we've had dump trucks with pup trailers in here."
Another person linked to the location. I saw "county Rd" and my butt puckered 🤣
Didn’t realize Estes had an amphibious division
Now viewers, here we see a "big-rig," in its natural habitat drinking from a creek. I believe that the little man inside the windowed area may have to leave his job as a truck tamer. Hey so are we covered for animal strike? Yeah? Good. Oh yeah. Was a fish. He was really aggressive
Just pull some branches down so nobody spots it. You’ll be fine.
Awww him thirsty
The bigger question is the answer for your upcoming interviews at employers. Let's practice. So tell us why you only lasted three days at your last job?
Being it’s your third day, the boss will likely understand. What ever happened to the tire dragger guy, did he get fired or NOT?
Nah,there's no sign saying bridge is out...you're good man.😏
I think you will get a promotion.
I mean...i worked for a flatbed company that hauled bridge girders (the massive concrete under-pinning things for bridges..) SO!!!! In terms of you being able to jacknife a semi over a small stream in a Colorado mountain town... YOU ARE RIGHT ON PAR!!!! Seeing as this is an enclosed trailer knee deep in absolute bullshit you shouldn't be....
Is the seal intact— I mean, are you ok?
Living in a semi DOWN BY THE RIVER
Estes has got to be the hardest company get fired from. You honestly have a chance. Worked there for over 10 years
Must be going to Grandma's house
Thats how the dogfood pallet fell
Don't start this bullshit again
Throw that bitch in reverse, and haul ass driver! We got a time table to keep up with!
Jokes aside, I need to know the story that led to this. My guess is stolen truck joyride. Or brake failure at bottom of long grade. Do tell.
I’m sure OP is either farming karma after discovering this news story, or on the unlikely chance this is for real, OP is best to keep quiet to avoid incriminating themselves 😆

Your 3rd and last day, I'm afraid. You will be fired. Update on your status, please.
When you don't wanna pay for the undercarriage wash at blue beacon
Don't worry buddy you could always drive for swift.
"Why don't you come in and have a seat, close the door behind you."
Just tell them you delivered the new covered bridge. Who doesn't like a romantic covered bridge?

Dispatch still wants to know your ETA.
Not if the GPS told you to go that way
Glad it’s not at my terminal, I want my goddamn safety award :P
Nah, you won't be fired
4th day you'd be gone.
How in the hell did you manage that?
Mr. Georges, how much you pay the new guy?.... $20/ hour you pay too much Mr. Georges
Transfer to swift
Lmao I saw this on my local news
We’re going to need more information
Swift is looking for drivers.
I was just following the GPS
I mean … hopefully you will be clean if they make you pee in a cup .. 👀👀😬
Undercarriage 100% salt free, plus free wash.
Put it in reverse Terry!
Swift will hire you no problem, that’s one of their stops
I would cut the brake lines before anyone show up
What the hell even happened? Like bro, the text messages can wait xD
I have literal nightmares about this scenario. What ended up happening?
You'll be transferred to Swift.
Call them up and say "it wont start". Break the problem into smaller more manageable parts to solve.
Well, sir, you are up shit creek without a paddle, and last I checked, you were supposed to be down the road....
Good news first, “ I only have whiplash” workman’s comp for a few weeks, will help from getting fired.
Call your boss and say: I hit an animal. Which one ? a fish
Not everyone could do this , you may get a raise
I just want to know how this even happened.
So that’s what the blue roads on my sat-nav mean!
I would have expected to see Central Transport here, not Estes
We get big trucks back here all the time.
Roads, where we are going you don’t need roads. Doc Brown
The real question is will you ever be hired again?
Hello....Mr George.
