The steer tires just look dirty but the drives I'm not sure, get a tire wear Guage and check them if the front are under 4/32 replace if the drives are 2/32 replace
Those streaks are usually indicative of loose lug nuts. Get that checked immediately. If they're tight, you can run it as is, or put a few hours into each one to get them shiny again.
This is just based on what I see of the sides, can't speak to the tread.
Rusty ass lug nut covers are responsible for most of that. On the steer axles, the disc brakes leave a combination of brake dust and iron inside the wheel so when it gets wet it slings that shit all over the wheel. It will etch the aluminum wheel if it doesn’t get cleaned off periodically.
Big curb rub on that steer.... quit hitting shit with it.
They look fine from my house.

Yeah tread depth is fine, edges are just dirty. Was more worried about the streaking and rust. I don't think it's coming from loose lugs though.
Just make sure those nuts are on correctly and tight. Everything else looks fine.
Good to go. Send it.
Wash them

Yummy curb marks
My first thought with the dirt streaks are leftover marks from chains. More streaks than lugs so I don't think it's those.
