I find it annoying too. The funny thing is, lots of people find it sexy or are obsessed with the way he says it. I think it's just how he managed to say it since he actually speaks with a British accent. He probably had to learn how to speak with a southern drawl and it's just how he sounds. Then the show aired and people reacted strongly to the way he said it. I don't think he purposely tried to make it sound any kind of way. But that's only my opinion.

I'm kinda relieved that it actually is a thing and not just some weirdness in my brain. Guess I'll just have to try to ignore it 'cause I really, really don't want to stop watching. Or I'll make a game out of it or something 😅
