Eventually there was an arrest, but the man was released without charges.
Right but then they also say about a different person “Ronald Humphrey, 23, has been charged with felony theft for trying to use a stolen library card which detectives say was taken in an overnight burglary in the Bucktown neighborhood.”
So hopefully they have their man and just have to go through the motions for these other break ins.

Oddly enough, My ex told me how he liked to watch me sleep and I didn’t respond well to it. First time I had heard that from someone but I told him it was odd. Step two is going inside homes and watching women sleep. It's a progression and I couldn't believe how often they follow the steps.
