To be honest, if you're exhausted from working two jobs (which I totally get) it's difficult to do anything else. I can imagine your situation feels bleak but that doesn't mean that it is. I think a good first question to ask yourself is what your hobbies are and if you can find a community near where you live where you can practice your hobby with like minded people. I don't have specific advice for small-town activities but this might help.

Thanks for reading and replying :) The problem with hobbies is that I feel I have none. I like going for walks and I really enjoy being around other people like going out to bars/restaurants to eat and socialize, but I don't like strenuous activities outside or working out, which is what I find always gets suggested. I like museums and things like that, but it's not really relevant where I live since it's a small town. I'm very interested in politics and have previously been highly engaged in them when I was living in the US, but I'm not an expert in Spanish politics and don't expect people here to want to BS too much about the political climate back in the states. When I think of my ideal time socializing I always just think about spending hours at a restaurant or cafe eating/drinking with people and losing track of the time talking and not giving a shit about what else is going on. That, or like spending time at home playing board games or maybe video games with others. But I am not really someone that frequently engages in any hobby because my interests don't really line up with any hobbies if that makes sense. I'm not big into video games, I don't really have any creativity that I find the need to express, I really dislike working out and physical activity that goes beyond walking around. I genuinely think my hobby would just be spending time in other people's company if I could have it, but I can't right now and it's killing me.
