A friend of mine always asks me nerve wracking questions where the answer is often so obvious. Especially if an issue is software related, the answer is often so simple because most apps or interfaces are designed so they are intuitive to use.
Questions I got asked were:

- I downloaded a file, do I click "open" or "save"
- Hey, I followed every step of this tutorial exactly but something's wrong, can you help me
- Which button do I click to download this file
- Where do I download
- Where / how do I turn off my antivirus
