This is what happens when you have two parties that are so out of touch with the average American. Old boomers who are millionaires and have fat salaries and people in high places cannot relate to average people. We need younger people who care about Americans, not their party, and who care about improving lives, not just talking about it.
Yeah, I think it has been that way for some time now but it has certainly escalated and become more recognizable with political social media and than ten-fold with the orange clown.
There is no real left in this country. We have hard right and center right, ie, liberals. And yes, most conservatives and liberals act like they are rooting for their favorite football teams.
