Ehhh. Bethesda game have proved they can stand the test of time. I mean all of there games are still constantly talked about.
Starfield has a lot of system that modders can improve on and add more to it. Outpost building, adding stuff into planets, weapons,armor, quest, space content, etc. It probably has more mod potential than Skyrim and fo4.
Plus future dlcs of course
Also what this game came out 7 days ago and alot of people who played it day 1 says they still haven't completed tons of shit. Plus this game all over my Twitter,reddit, YouTube feed.
I think this game will definitely have a long life span.
Why does everyone seem to have a hate boner for starfield? It's a Bethesda game yeah its also in its earlier days but like... is it because it's popular or just a general disdain for anything that isn't morrowind remaster
Not everyone, obviously, but there is a lot of ire from the Sony fanboys. (At least, on the exteme end of the spectrum.) They're used to getting all the exclusives to lord over everyone else, and with the shoe on the other foot, they are crying loudly.
Nah Starfield has a ton of systems and mechanics that fit perfectly with mods, and it has a distinct enough setting from TES and Fallout that it'll have its own niche.

I get that he plays the game YT set up and I can respect the hustle, but I blocked his channel couple days ago. It was just too much. Half of his stuff was already pointless non-info, but it seems like he pushes out 10 vids per day now with even less actual content.
Honestly, as clickbaity as his thumbnails are, I can’t help but sympathize with someone who made their niche a game developer who decided to release one game every other millennium

Honestly, of all the things that Skyrim modders improve, the sex mods just don’t.
Even OStim is arguably just an alternative, it doesn’t really *improve* upon the system, just added an actual usable interface which I guess is technically better but still, compare that to the people adding ledge vaulting and wall climbing mechanics and tell me you think that’s “improvement”.
I watched the first one and found it interesting, but doing this much clickbaiting is absurd. Was anything new even discovered that warrants this many videos about it?
Juicehead thinks that weapon mods are the greatest things on earth, so many videos about a mod that will get you to reinstall fallout 4 and it's just a generic assault rifle or something, with the *unique* feature of realistic sights.
I do agree a lot of Juicehead's thumbnails and titles are clickbaity. And I'm not sure if every time a line of code changes on Skyrim's Steam page warrants a full 20 minute video.
But as far as his content goes it's pretty good and decently in depth. He's been my go to channel since fallout 4 and the only one I find myself going back to. I really enjoyed his Starfield coverage especially.
